For selecting a winner of the Female Developer of the Year 2023 campaign.

Name, email address, application (potentially including answers, concepts, motivational letters), and technical data (being IP address, browser settings, operating system, platform, log-in information).
Basis of processing

Time of processing
If participating in a competition, without winning, Universum will only keep your Personal Data until the competition has been completed. Unless you have signed up for any other of our services, we will delete all your Personal Data when the campaign has ended. As a clarification, every year’s edition of the respective competitions constitutes a “new campaign”.
For winners, Universum will process your Personal Data for up to two years, where after all Personal Data will be deleted, unless you have signed up for any other of our services.
Please note: The company sponsoring the Female Developer of the Year 2023 campaign might be interested in keeping your applications for longer than the competition of the competition. In these cases, the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the specific sponsor will apply.
