Are you a student that want to make an impact and is ready to revolutionize the way we manage non-financial risks? Join our Tech Talent of The Year competition that deals with ”Non-financial risk and AI – Opportunity and threats”.
In an increasingly interconnected world fueled by AI and algorithms, SEB and society face a growing spectrum of non-financial risks—ranging from environmental challenges to operational disruptions, reputational threats by deep-fakes, and cyber vulnerabilities. These risks demand intelligent, data-driven solutions that go beyond the frameworks we know.
To apply, you need to have studied for 2 – 4 years at a university or college in Sweden and have basic programming skills.
So, if you are a driven and committed student with an interest in these topics and you have inspired development and new insights during your studies, or you know someone who has – then it is time to apply or nominate! The last day to apply is January 14th, 2024.
Last year Andreas Helgesson was crowned as the Tech Student of the Year 2024, after having impressed the judges with his approach to leverage machine learning to spot deviating patterns and level up against potential fraudulent activities. You can read more about his win and his experiences from the summer internship here!
The winner of Tech talent of the year 2022 was Celine Helgesson Hallström. She describes her experience as the Tech Student of the Year:
“It’s been eight fantastic weeks. I especially appreciate the possibility to engage with so many different teams, in two different countries. The fact that I was able to decide for myself which areas and tasks I wanted to explore also appealed to me. I got to do a few interesting smaller tasks, in addition to one bigger, main assignment”, Celine says.
